I've read this before, and agree with it totally.

For my part, I just don't want to watch a video which does not have subtitles --- even if its medium is Cantonese.I want the AD input.

So it is supremely important that we must have subtitles for new and old  videos.

the point is we can make the subtitle much better & also the look & feel of the flip pages.
